[Kundalini Yoga] Greetings!

Hello to everyone! 

 

My name is Diane Matchett and I am excited to be part of this forum and to learn more about Kundalini Yoga, of which I have been curious about for some time now. I will be taking the online classes and reading as much as I can to practice and learn Kundalini Yoga with the hope of having it work for me in my continued quest for sound physical, mental, spiritual growth and health. Also, I welcome any advice or recommendations you might have on learning more about Kundalini Yoga practices- e.g., books, video, audio instructions- that you have found to be useful or helpful over time.  I look forward to being a part of this community and learning more about Kundalini Yoga!

[Kundalini Yoga] Isht Sodhana Mantra Kriya

I have a question ... I have tried to research this, but came up with nothing. Can anyone tell me why a householder should only do the Isht Sodhana Mantra Kriya in the night-time? I know what it says about Sadhu's being the only ones to do it in the morning.  I am just curious.  Does anyone know the background? Sat Avtar Kaur

Im trying to do the on line yoga teacher training and am having trouble getting a yahoo account ! Can I go through the lessons just by scrolling down?? I have also tried to download through outlook express with no luck!

This is very real and very possible, sorry to say. :+) This is common
for Pisces, Cancer, Scorpio energy and for women in general. The answer
I get is to be in prayer at the time when you feel depressed. Use your
sensitivity to create good energy. Chant, do yoga. This will help you
of course, but also it will help the situation, whatever it is and
wherever it is. We do not need to know, but we can answer the call to
add love and light to others in need.
