[Kundalini Yoga] Sacral chakra activation and incontinence.

I have a bit of a problem that I don't quite know how to address. Anyone who even have the slightest input are more than welcome to chip in. 


Since I started with Sodarshan Chakra Kriya last fall, as soon as I exhaled after the 48 pumps, I had to run to the toilet due to the urgent need to pee. I have normally not a problem with incontinence, but when the sacral chakra is (what I believe) fully activated, I just have to run and pee, and if not I'll just wet myself. No matter if I went to the bathroom before meditating. 


And now I have started with the beautiful Grace of God meditation 40 day sadhana, and it's the same thing. As I feel several chakras open up, all is well, until the sacral chakra gets going, and I have to hold it in like never before. I seriously don't know what to do about this. What does this even mean? 



Anyone know?

[Kundalini Yoga] Re: Yoga/kriya for memory fade

How about the fabulous "Sahib Parnaam Kriya" in the KY For Youth and Joy manual? It "can perfect the function of the brain and glandular system and clear up facial blemishes". Also, in Guru Rattana's Relax and Renew book, there are 3 different sets for the memory, all very different. Variety is nice!

The one I can think of spontaneously is Kirtan Kriya. It seems to have a very positive effect on the memory, although I don't know if it's the short term or long term memory, or both. But it's documented to improve memory.

[Kundalini Yoga] Strengthening the 10th Body, the Radiant Body.

I am looking for meditations and pranyamas that builds up and strengthens the Radiant Body. I know of Gobinda Meditation, but there isn't any information online of it. I also am curious about the Guru Gobind Singh Shakti Mantra Meditation. Has anyone done a sadhana to strengthen the 10th Body? If so, what is there to expect during the progress? Also, I am doing Sodarshan Chakra Kriya daily. Is it possible to do a strengthening meditation before or after SCK, or should it be done at a different hour of the day?

[Kundalini Yoga] Sodarshan Chakra Kriya and energy flowing only on one side of the body. Dangerous?

My name is Lu and I have been doing Kundalini Yoga on and off for a couple of years. In October 2013 I decided to start doing Sodarshan Chakra Kriya daily and start with 3 minutes and build it up slowly and surely. So now after more than 120 days of doing it and currently on 15 minutes, I have noticed some sensations which I don't know could be messing with the energy balance. After I've done the 48 pumps and exhale, the energy flows upwards in the body, but recently it is almost only doing it on my right side of the body, very limited on the left side. So I sense my heart chakra activating with these flows but ONLY on the right side. Very little on the left side. It's a very clear line that goes through my body, it's like a thin wall between the right and left side (when I'm doing SCK). I should let you know that my left side of the body is physically weaker than the right side, core muscles etc. Something I've seen a naprapath for, so I've gotten exercises to do at home to make the left side stronger and get more balanced in my physique. 


So my question for you is if it can be so that having debilitated core and hip muscles on the left side can actually lead to less energy being activated in my body during my daily Sodarshan Chakra Kriya activity? I just worry that this might cause harm in the energy body as well as the chakras if the energy is flowing unevenly. Or is this just a part of the cleaning of debris in the process?
