[Kundalini Yoga] Kriya for Balancing immune system

Does anyone know if there is a kriya for balancing the immune system?
I have seen many for the throat and neck. I have an over active immune system. I have been doing the same kriya close to a year and I feel like it's time to change my focus once my year is up.

Know that there are already thousands of us all over the planet already
doing our morning practice, simply join in. I think we have all had this
challenge at some time, What I would suggest is to get up in the morning and
go and sit on your mat, tune in and just sit there and breath. When you are
ready. start your practice. I often wonder if this challenge ever completely
goes away.

I am trying to return to a daily practice. {I did it over 4 months, and then
stopped. :< }

I did the Kryia for elevation. It is relatively "easy", of course you can
make it more challenging by extending the time for each movement. For me I
wanted to gain consistency.

Perhaps we can each start a daily practice and encourage each other. I find
it easier if I am doing it with someone, even if that someone may be miles
away.

I am trying to return to a daily practice. {I did it over 4 months, and then stopped. :< }

I did the Kryia for elevation. It is relatively "easy", of course you can make it more challenging by extending the time for each movement. For me I wanted to gain consistency.

Perhaps we can each start a daily practice and encourage each other. I find it easier if I am doing it with someone, even if that someone may be miles away.

I have the wish to begin a home practice. I have been going to classes on and off for some time but would like to begin daily practice. I feel a little overwhelmed with the availability of Kriyas and meditations and am not sure where to start. What do you suggest?

I understand, a warning, but no information. If you repeat the mantra 3
times in a monotone on one breath, there is not much room for variation
of rhythm. If you feel comfortable with what you are chanting you are
doing it in the right rhythm. You will start to feel that the mantra
chants itself. Relax and enjoy. You will get the effects.

meditation that works with 'sing along.'

This meditation works because of the pranayama which you must regulate
yourself.

Listen to your breath and to the sound of the mantra and feel its
vibration in your body. You will make more progress than having your
attention outside yourself.

Saint Anthony "Saint Anthony Saint Anthony please come down, What I've lost needs to be found!"

I've only used the Saint Anthony one with almost immediate success ... I recited it five times with clear intention and visualization, followed by some Guru Ram Das chants and within 20 minutes received the message of where the lost was to be found ... miraculous !

STUDENT: Sir, could please explain how a woman reflects a man?

YOGI BHAJAN: Reflection of a woman is a category of communication. What reflects? Mirror....Do you understand how the mirror reflects? Take the sunshine and start sending the signals....Show somebody's face; take the sunlight and send the signals. The most powerful line of communication is the reflection signal. [Kundalini Yoga] Transitioning

How does one transition from wearing one's hair down to eventually having a turban?

Being energy sensitive, if I use a metal bobby pin to hold my bun it affects my brain.

I tried an elastic and it felt like in my throat I was being strangled.

I chopped down a chinese wooden chopstick and have been using that, however it sticks out and can catch when I want to wear a scarf over my head.

When I wear just a scarf like the Eastern Indians, I feel the energy of my brain and attention come closer to me and I do not feel so psychically vulnerable and I feel humble.

Wearing a scarf doing taoist tai chi, however, does not work well because its movement is distracting and when the movements have me 'bend' over the scarf slides out of place.

Is there some kind of intermediary head band that can be used for the pressure point meridians I understand the full turban is supposed to pressing on or something?
