Satnam Everyone and Happy New Year,

This is a cry for help,I am a widow from India I had lost my husband 14 years back in 2005,My in -laws had kicked me out of their home , I struggled to get a job ,later my father did not let me remarry as I was the only earning member.

I am too fed-up with life and was told that I need to forgive,I am struggling with my current job, low confidence,feeling of unworthiness ,failed relationships, weight gain,suicidal thoughts

Is there any meditation,any way I can free myself of anger I have for my in -laws who took my property and money ,for my husband who left me with nothing,my father,my colleagues,myself.

I wish to move ahead in life and let go of all this.

Please help me anyone,
