Hi sometimes they mock me or if I am sleeping they will yell to wake up. Answering the questions I have in my mind replying with a familiar voice Sometimes they sing to me but the voices are mumbled but the music is quite beautiful and I wish I played an instrument in order to help me retain the music At times they just say my name but very loud Satnam Kim Thank you

Hi,
I'm schizophrenic so I sort of understand your situation.
In the book Guru Rattana books there are a exercises that aid in lifting depression. Is there any psychic element to the voices? Do the voices correspond with events you read about in the future as well as information about people in your life and objects that you touch? Is it just random stuff or do they insult you? Anything like that?
