I keep up my practice with the help of on-line classes (thank you, Guru Rattana) videos and CDs. However, it is rather lonely and I have been going to the hatha classes to be with other people.
Would a practice of hatha or any other kind of yoga have an adverse effect on a kundalini practice? Would there be a problem doing sadna in the morning and then a different yoga class in the afternoon? Suggestions welcome.
