For sure the practice of yoga will help you.
There are many many many yoga Kryas (exercises series), meditations and books with texts and tips about the subject. If you are totally new to Kundalini Yoga, the best would be to look for a teacher (teacher directory at www.yogatech.com/directory.html) or a Yoga Therapist on IAYT www.iayt.com .
