[Kundalini Yoga] kuundalini syndrome

as a non-expert,but one who has had full kundalini for many years i have my personal advice to give. i also had psychiatric problems as a teenager.
i have found that the practice of aikido is very grounding. the exersize is very helpful as is the grounding of ki energy. ones hara is worked with on profound levels.
i agree, be happy..kundalini is the most heartbreakingly sweet experience you can have.
