whispering, then a bigger time internally to yourself, then finishing with
the same few minutes whispering, then out loud. Building up to 5 minutes, 5
minutes, 11 minutes, 5 minutes, 5 minutes. You can probably hear it for a
minute or so on any of the Kundalini Yoga sites. It goes down the scale Sa,
Ta, Na, then up one note to the Ma when you chant in out loud.
