I can suggest one of two choices.
Do daily Morning Sadhana. That will take you about 2 1/2 hrs depending how you chant Jap Ji and what Kriya you choose. The Kriya you choose after recitation/chanting of the Jap Ji could be the same for 40+ days, or you may choose a different Kriya every day.
OR
Chosse one Kriiya, from the many, and do it every day for at least 40 days.
Simple!
