I am compiling a list of most helpful KY techniques for people who reside in
the Gulf Coast.
Obviously, anything that cleanses the blood, strengthens the lungs/immune,
and promotes mental health would be included. However, anything too vigorous
might cause some sort of problem with internal bleeding disorders/bruising
they seem to be reporting.
