This set was taught at Summer Solstice 2 years ago by Chardikala Jatha, and they provide the music while teaching it. It's really several individual kriyas put together, so you probably know them already- archer pose (11 minutes/side!), swan kriya (seems like this is in one of Harijot Kaur's books, but I couldn't find it), sarbung dande kriya (similar to serabandana kriya in "Transitions to a Heart Centered World) plus a hooded cobra meditation while chanting Ajai Alai. Fun! I actually worked up to 108 sarbung dandes by resting after each 26, but when I added archer pose, my right shoulder demanded a vacation.
