Each month we will explore meditations with different intents: Healing, Prosperity, Protection, Connecting with the Divine Mother, to name a few.

The meditations all come from the teaching of Yogi Bhajan rooted in Kundalini Yoga and Meditation.
No experience required.
Meditation is the art of breaking habits, to purify the mind and to take care of day-to-day things.
Mantra is said to be "The Yoga of the Mind". A mantra is a syllable, word or phrase in one of the sacred languages (like Sanskrit & Gurmukhi) and sometimes in English, which elevates or modifies consciousness through its meaning, the sound itself, rhythm, tone, and even the reflexology of the tongue on the palate.
