While I have not had a serpent-Shakti experience or anything like that, my meditations have been markedly deep.
I've been using this as the warm up set before a 31 minute Sodarshan Chakra Kriya in the morning. I also often do a simple silent meditation in the afternoon, and both of these have been deeper.
I'm not sure the correct yogic term, but the inner body seems more "real" (if that makes any sense)
