Yet another reason to reply to all on the list serve for just such a thing and make sure we are stating correct information.
In response to Amarjot's discussion on spiritual names and religions, I don't think that receiving or accepting a spiritual name means that you are identifying yourself with a specific religion. Earning, accepting or using a title may be more inplicit. I hope I did not confuse her on that.
I'm sure the names are given in relation to the "spirituality" of what Kundalini yoga represents.
I liken it to an American Native Cheif giving a special name to someone who is not an American Native. The name encompass the spirit and soul of an individual, not an acceptance of a way of life.
