I've been following this y.group for three years now. I practice kundalini yoga since 2009 and at the moment I start teaching :)
Otherwise, I live in France, it's been 7 years but I'm from Serbia.
I've got two things I wonder about.
Trying to find a good meditation to help decisions making,
and a question about this kriya - for the kidneys:

Does anybody have experience with it and would you like to share?
I started doing it 15 days ago and it really wakes up the fear. Sometimes I feel it really phisicly, a tension, but not sure about it. I feel it took away the anger too - which is a great news ! :)
