Also we invite you to join us Saturday 11/12/11 starting at 11AM for 5 meditations, one for each of the five Tattvas -- starting with Earth, then Water, Fire, Air and Ether. There will be a short Kriya before each meditation to energize the area related to the Tattva.
You can come to one meditation, or 3 or all of them and at the end we will have a double-gong "bath" relaxation.
Cost for entire event (including refreshments after the gongs) is $25, individual meditation and/or gong bath are $5/each.
