meditation. They are so good. And absent guru Rattana in person, they are
better than many KY teachers in person. So, for the price, it is a steal.
guru Rattana has helped me in more ways than I can count. My only criticism
(and it is a small one) is that they are a little long, especially for daily
use. but if you listen to the lecture and then do the kriya and meditation
another day, it is ok.
