[Kundalini Yoga] Kriya for overall strength & fitness

Sat Nam can anyone suggest any kriyas that work specifically on building up overall stength & fitness?

My practice has been limited due to an injury which thankfully has now recovered. I want to do a kriya for 40 days to regain my fitness levels and would really appreciate any guidance on a kriya that would provide optimum results.
