[Kundalini Yoga] Re: White tantric yoga

The first time is usually kind of intimidating but there has to be a first time, right? The first time I attended WT (in 2008) most of the meditations were only 11 min long! The breaks were longer than the meditations and that was actually a little disappointing since you get so psyched up for a challenge. In subsequent years I've found that yes, there are some physically challenging meditations and I always go home with a very tired back, but those can be some of the most fun too. As always, you do the best you can. The group energy is also there to help you keep up and should you not be able to continue with a meditation for some reason you can get a monitor to take your place.
Don't worry about not going with a partner – you'll be assigned one. And when you've finished in London you can come to Stockholm where I'll be taking care of registration again this year!
