[Kundalini Yoga] Re: Pranayam for Vertigo

I know from experience, (although is case is unique) that breath of fire can aggravate vertigo ( if already dizzy/having vertigo).
A very simple slow, deep breathing, or breath awareness as in the KRI teaching manual,
keeping the head centered and still (not fwd bends up and down quick)
and slow calming restful postures can help over time.
