Thanks for the answer... I'm doing a Vipassana Meditation in which I must remain totally still, without any body moviment, for at least one hour and I have noticed that when I do some intense Kundalini Yoga Kriya before the meditation my body remains much more stable without too much discomfort, shaking and pain and its not just by a muscular relaxation or breath control.
Is this feeling related to this nervous strenghtening that we are talking about and it happens because this myelin reconstruction?
I'm asking this because I can feel a similar sensation with some Kundalini Yoga practices like Sat Kriya or Ego Erradicator in which after some practice the body is more integrated in a one whole field of energy instead of a perception of different parts. This perception of the body as a whole energy field, strong and integrated, may make the exercise is done with less effort and greater awareness.
