Re: [Kundalini Yoga] Meditations for spine

One thing I've been wondering concerning the spine
is how damage in the spine will affect the flow of kundalini.

For instance, once the kundalini starts rising, would herniated discs block the flow?
Should we try to repair physical damage before attempting to raise kundalini?
