I strongly recommend you hire a coach who will work with you 1-1 on the kriyas, preferably daily. if that isn't affordable, perhaps a coach who will check in with you daily and work with you 1-1 once a week, or something like that. OCD is preventable -- I am so much healthier since I started doing a daily sadhana! make a commitment, like you did when you sent in this post!
