I am doing 40 days of this class - a live recording.

It is wonderful! Very challenging. The teacher Gurmukh is the best I've come across so far. She motivates a person to go beyond what you think you can. She has this spirit that is indomitable. Very unique. I highly recommend it. I got the dvd thru this website that hosts our discussion.

If anyone decides to also start a 40-day with this class, pls let me know. I like to know I'm doing it with others. :)
