"Sit straight in a cross-legged position. Raise the right arm straight up, lifting the shoulder, with the palm facing toward you, fingers spread wide. The left hand rests on the left knee. Eyes are closed. Chant Sat Nam in a constant rhythm, about 8 times per 10 seconds. Chant Sat from the navel, pulling the Navel Point all the way in towards the spine. On Nam, relax the belly. Continue for 11, 22 or 31 minutes. To end: Inhale, hold and squeeze the entire body, bringing the energy up. Exhale and relax."
