I am new to KY and could use a bit of encouragement regarding the efficacy of the kriyas. So many of the kriya sets are geared to attain specific results and I sometimes doubt whether they actually work. I hope that's not too blasphemous; I'm just new and do not have experience to draw on.

Please share your stories of how certain kriyas have helped you, or brought you gifts in unexpected ways. I'm hoping the gift of your experience will help me want to practice more diligently.
