[Kundalini Yoga] Self Love.

So usually I am very loving and caring with myself... lately it has become increasingly difficult to allow myself to simply love who I am and my place in things.

So I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a practice to throw into my usual routine (right now just Nabhi and Sat Kriya) that will help me to develop a stronger sense of self-love and appreciation.
