Subject: [Kundalini Yoga] Sa Ta Na Ma Meditation, the second phase - question
Sat Nam!
I found the above mentionned meditation in the manual "Infinity and Me",at page
57-58, and have not been able to find the "Punjabi Drum Music: the Dance Beat"
that the explanation refers to.
Would anyone be able to direct me to a source, or explain what the ryhtm consist
of?
