as I live in an area with no KY teacher. I absolutely love guru rattana's
online series, as well as NIrvair Singh Khalsa's yoga classes. I have been
going it alone with the dvds ( I also have maya fiennes' chakra dvds) and
just sort of do what I feel like. I have several books, and once I feel a
little more competent, I'll design my own kriya/meditation series. (Is that
ok to do from the experts? ) Buy a good timer, and just give in to the
wonder of this yoga... it is amazing.
