I've a couple of questions to help two of my students.
1) One of them had a car accident and next week she will be back to
practice with the group (luckily for her she "just" had a big fright but
few physical consequence). I've found the meditation for stress and sudden
shock in the book Transformation (vol.2). Do you know some other meditation
able to help her?
2) One of them needs to improve circulation to the legs (often he feels
them heavy even without a real physical effort). The book "Yoga for health
and healing" suggest an exercise made by spine flex and pumping the abdomen
in-out on the held exhalation. I know that one of the many benefits of
shoulder stand is to increase circulation. Have you any other idea?
Thank you in advance!
Blessings,
Sujan S.
