[Kundalini Yoga] Re: New Year's Sadhana Resolution

Really? Nobody else started a new routine for the new year?

I ought to know better by now, but I had to trim my ambitious sadhana. Just because I can do 3 minutes of triangle pose once in a while doesn't mean I can just jump to 11 minutes. So now it's "up to 11 minutes" and then a long rest. It's a complete workout in itself. Guess the full time for Outward Bound is going to have to wait until I build up the neuro-muscular integration for triangle pose, but half is doable.
