[Kundalini Yoga] Re: Sleep at last!

That's a challenging set, but it works even if you need to dial it back to your own level of physical ability and build up to it.

On the subject of what else works for a great night's sleep, Kirtan Kriya in the evening works great for me, even only 11 minutes helps a lot. You could consider it "mental floss" to clean out the debris in your mind, plus it provides tremendous stimulation for your pineal gland, which produces your sleep hormone, melatonin.

Dharam Singh posted a link for the bell timer he made for kirtan kriya some time ago. Would you please put it up again, Dharam? I think it was for the 31 minutes, but maybe you made an 11 minute one, too.
